After graduating from Exeter University, Jonathan trained in a public practice accounting firm before moving into recruitment in 1985. He set up Farn Williams in October 1993 to specialise in recruiting for the mainland Western and Eastern European markets. He has extensive experience of placing local hire and ex-pat CFOs, Sales and Commercial Directors and General Managers across the EMEA region across a range of industries including; Food, Media & Entertainment, Automotive, FMCG, Manufacturing and Technology.
