We maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretion at all times. When we are recruiting for a specific job, either on a retained or contingency basis, we contact potential candidates to describe the opportunity and if they are interested, we present them to the client. We do not disclose their name or current employer without their prior agreement.
Many clients engage the services of a professional search firm to gain access to candidates who are not actively looking for a new job, "the hidden pool of talent". For these clients, searches are undertaken on a confidential basis. Similarly, many people on our extensive candidate database are not dissatisfied with their current position but join it because they trust us to keep them informed when their ideal opportunity for career advancement arises.
