Fees & Guarantees

Cost of Service

Our standard percentage fees are from 30% up to 35% according to the seniority and complexity of the search, payable in equal stages. We do not invoice shortlist until you are satisfied that candidates meet the agreed requirements. Fixed Fee options are also available.

Guarantees

We realise a hiring decision can be difficult, and mistakes are made. We offer both a financial guarantee and a free replacement service. We don’t offer an unlimited time period to replace for free but we accept shared responsibility for the hire, even if we are not making the final decision. Therefore we will work with you in resolving any problems that arise in the same manner as we would like to be treated. As a referral based recruitment firm, we are dependent on your good recommendations and we would not achieve these by coming up short. So as long as your expectations are realistic and fair, we will always aim to satisfy these.
