We follow the process below for retained searches - which is your quality check - and how we monitor the success and efficiency of the search.

The Recruitment Process:

• step 15 Arrange 2nd/further/final interviews
• step 16 Reference check preferred candidate(s)

• step 28 Stay in touch with candidate and client during resignation period
• step 29 Contact unsuccessful candidates to thank them on behalf of client for their interest
• step 30 Confirm that candidate has started, follow up, and develop client relationship

* For Step 9, the market review can be more detailed on a retained search according to the interest of the client (i.e. salary and competitor information) and the shortlist will be an agreed number.
