Farn Williams collects information during the course of its activities in order to provide services to our clients as an executive search and selection firm. Our records may include information collected directly from the subject, or data that are publicly available, as well as information gained from third-party sources.  We make every effort to ensure that any information held is accurate and kept as up-to-date as possible. We do not obtain information under false pretences. We act in accordance with best practice and will not sell, share, or rent this information to others nor otherwise disclose personal information of candidates or clients without their permission. We do not process sensitive information. As permitted under the applicable law, by providing any information to us, the data subject will be taken to have given explicit consent for us to hold and use such information. Access to personal information is restricted to staff within the company and any questions about privacy should be emailed to enquiries@fwarnwilliams.com
