Farn Williams was established in October 1993 to provide international mid to senior management and executive level search services to commerce and industry. We have grown organically and developed specialisations by following the needs of our customers, both geographically and functionally. This has resulted in our existing mix of industry vertical, functional and geographical expertise.

Our aim is to provide a bespoke service as a high quality, boutique international search firm.

With a carefully maintained contact network supported by a multi-cultural, multi-lingual team (business can be conducted in most European languages) - we are able to locate and supply people locally, by recruiting globally. We screen shortlists face to face, and our inside knowledge is based on a well trained and thorough system of headhunting. We use this to great effect to leverage our existing contacts, and fully map out our customers competitors before moving to the telephone screening and face to face meeting stages.
