Founded in October 1993 and working on a retained direct search model the focus of our firm is to help our clients achieve operational improvements, cost savings and introduce efficiencies by recruiting, hiring and retaining the best talent.

Thanks to our extensive international franchise, we have conducted over 850 mid to senior level searches in both remote locations and major cities. Our HQ is in London, with Central & Eastern Europe Regional Offices and local offices in Germany and Consultants covering France, Eastern Europe, Nordics, ME, Africa, Asia plus various emerging markets as we follow our customers.

Using only direct headhunting and networking (we don’t run advertising or use online Databases), creativity, a clear recruitment process and strong project management we recruit mid to senior level Managers for our key industry verticals and geographies - with the result being consistent, high quality search execution and delivery.
